After you get your first placement, create a free Bill.com account. I use it to send my invoices. Bill.com will collect the money through Automated Clearing House (ACH), which is the primary way agencies transfer funds electronically and connects directly to your bank account.
Videos are a great way to connect with your potential clients and candidates. I know video can be scary for a lot of people. I would push yourself out of your comfort zone and get/use it immediately. There are free and paid versions. You get great analytics that help you see who has watched your videos.
